摘要
针对中小型泵闸工程运维管理信息化水平不高的现状,以深圳市共和泵闸枢纽为案例,通过创建共和枢纽BIM模型,综合运用BIM+GIS+IoT技术搭建运维管理系统,融合水情水质、设备参数、实时视频、运行状态等多源数据,覆盖设备设施、安全、应急管理等多元业务,实现工程数字化运维管理,以期为同类工程提供借鉴。
Aiming at the current situation that the informatization level of operation and maintenance management of pump and sluice projects is relatively low,this paper proposes a solution to the digital operation and maintenance management with the case study of Shenzhen Gonghe Pump and Sluice Project.The BIM model is created.And the operation and maintenance management platform is built by applying BIM+GIS+IoT technology,combining different kinds data of water stage,water quality,parameter of facility,live video and operating situation,and involving different management issues of facility management,safety management,emergency management,etc.The solution offered by this paper can provide reference for similar projects.
