随着农产品供应链的不断延伸,产品质量和食用安全性监管的难度越来越大。运用基于RFID的物联网技术构安全监管与服务体系,能够实现对农产品供应链的全面跟踪监控,确保安全问题可追溯、产品信息可以实时查询。本文首先阐释了物联网技术原理及其在农产品安全领域的应用价值,进而探讨了如何运用基于RFID的物联网技术构建农产品安全监管与服务系统,并且具体分析了系统的功能、架构与实现方法。

With the continuous extension of the supply chain of agricultural products,the supervision of product quality and food safety is becoming more and more difficult.Using the Internet of things technology based on RFID to construct the safety supervision and service system can realize the comprehensive tracking and monitoring of agricultural product supply chain,and ensure the traceability of safety problems and the real-time query of product information.This paper first explains the principle of Internet of things and its application value in the field of agricultural product safety,and then discusses how to use the Internet of things technology based on RFID to construct the agricultural product safety supervision and service system,and specifically analyzes the function,architecture and implementation method of the system.
