Research and Exploration on the Informationization of the Comprehensive Budget Management of Public Hospitals

全面预算管理作为公立医院管理的重要环节,是一个从战略、规划、计划、预算编制一直到执行、绩效考核、绩效奖惩兑现等的系统工程。随着现代互联网信息技术的不断发展以及公立医院内外部环境的变化,全面预算管理也呈现出新的发展态势,其已经成为新时期公立医院医疗改革的重要内容。此次研究介绍了全面预算管理的内涵与必要性,针对公立医院全面预算管理信息化存在的问题,提出了针对性的策略,以期为加强公立医院管理提供参考。

As an important part of public hospital management,comprehensive budget management is a systematic project from strategy,planning,planning,budgeting to implementation,performance evaluation,performance reward and punishment.With the continuous development of modern Internet information technology and the changes of internal and external environment of public hospitals,comprehensive budget management also presents a new development trend,which has become an important part of medical reform in public hospitals in the new period.This study introduces the connotation and necessity of comprehensive budget management.Aiming at the problems existing in the informatization of comprehensive budget management in public hospitals,the paper puts forward targeted strategies,so as to provide reference for strengthening the management of public hospitals.
