《国家中长期教育改革和发展纲要(2010-2020年)》发布以来,国内出现了一些“新型大学”,它们的体制机制不同于既往大学,办学模式突破常规,特色明显。它们在体制改革方面各有特点,但都集聚了一流的师资队伍,带来了卓著的人才培养质量。这充分表明我国高等教育发展已经进入一个鼓励改革创新的新时代,虽然改革依旧有雷区,却是跨越式发展的必由之路。

Since the publication of Outline Of National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020),there have emerged some new universities in China's Mainland.Their"new"lies in the fact that their institutional mechanism is different from that of traditional universities,and that the mode of running schools breaks through the routine and has obvious characteristics.The result of their reform and innovation is mixed in terms of institutional reform,but it has brought together first-class teachers and developed outstanding students.This fully shows that the development of higher education in China has entered a new era to encourage reform and innovation,although the reform still has a minefield,but it is the only way to leapfrog development.
