跨学科研究具有以问题为导向的本质属性,也是解决当今全球化、信息化、网络化时代中面临的各种现实问题的重要切入点。英国即将进行的大学科研卓越框架2021(Research Excellence Framework 2021)建立了完善的跨学科研究成果评价机制,对评价的内涵与目的、评价主体、评价方法、评价标准、评价流程等作了明确阐述和规定,体现出注重严谨、强调全面、关注公平、重视合作的评价理念,能为我国跨学科研究评价机制的建设提供有效建议。

The interdisciplinary research has a problem-oriented nature,so its achievements are playing an important role in solving complex and comprehensive global issues in the era of globalization,information and networking.Research Excellence Framework(REF2021),which is a research evaluation system in UK higher education and will be implemented in the year of 2021,has established a perfect evaluation mechanism of interdisciplinary research achievements.It has given a clear elaboration of evaluation content and purpose,evaluation subject,evaluation methods,evaluation standard and evaluation procedure.It has demonstrated the advanced evaluation ideas of rigor,comprehensiveness,equity and cooperation.All of these can give the enlightenments for China to promote the effective implementation of evaluation of interdisciplinary research achievements.
