摘要
在环境污染和能源紧缺双重压力下,世界各国政府和各大汽车厂商加大了对电动汽车的研发力度。而动力电池作为电动汽车的3大组成部件(电池、电机、电控)之一,也受到各国政府和主要汽车制造商的广泛关注。影响锂离子电池工作性能的因素有很多,比如外界的碰撞和自身工作产生的热量引起温度的变化等,而其中温度是影响其工作性能的主要因素之一。因此高效合理地设计电池的冷却系统对电池的正常工作有重要作用,从而能满足电动汽车在各种工况安全稳定地运行。通过大量文献研究总结电池冷却的不同方式及其优缺点。
At present,under the double pressure of environmental pollution and energy shortage,governments and major automobile manufacturers around the world have increased their research and development efforts on electric vehicles.As one of the 3 major components of electric vehicles(battery,motor and electronic control),power battery has also been widely concerned by governments and major automobile manufacturers.There are many factors that affect the working performance of Li-ion batteries,such as the impact of the outside world and the change of temperature caused by the heat generated by its own work,among which temperature is one of the main factors that affects its working performance.Therefore,the efficient and reasonable design of the cooling system of the battery plays an important role in the normal operation of the battery,so as to meet the requirements for safe and stable operation of the electric vehicle under various working conditions.In this paper,different ways of battery cooling and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized through a large number of literature studies.
