ZHOU Zhongying′s Experience in the Treatment of Fever in Rheumatic and Immune Diseases in Terms of Damp,Heat,Turbidity and Stasis

摘要 介绍周仲瑛治疗风湿免疫病发热的经验。总结风湿免疫病发热主要病机是湿热浊瘀郁遏交争,少阳枢机不和;病位主在半表半里;病性多属实热,常见虚实夹杂。临床表现以湿热内蕴、枢机不和为主证,也常以邪热外受、夹湿郁遏,或邪热内伏、阴伤气耗为兼证。治疗当以和解清化为基本原则,起到和解表里、调和阴阳、协调升降的作用。临证需审察病机的兼夹、主次、转化,随证施治;并应重视伏邪,选药宜清透、清化、宣化。 ZHOU Zhongying′s experience in the treatment of fever in rheumatic and immune diseases is introduced.We summarizes the main pathogenesis of fever in rheumatic immune diseases is dampness,heat,turbidity,stasis and Shaoyang cardinal discord;the location of disease is mainly in half-exterior half-interior pattern;the nature of disease is mostly excessive heat,and common deficiency and excess are mixed.The clinical syndromes are mainly manifested by internal retention of damp-heat and cardinal discord.It is also often accompanied by syndromes such as external attack of pathogenic heat,mixed with blocked dampness and depression,or internal existence of pathogenic heat,or yin damage to qi loss.The treatment should be based on the basic principle of harmonization and clearance,playing the role of harmonizing the exterior and interior,yin and yang,ascending and descending.Clinical syndromes need to examine the mix,primary and secondary,and transformation of the pathogenesis,and treat it according to the syndrome;attention should be paid to latent pathogen,and the selection of drugs should be clearance and ventilation.
