月相与不孕症女性妊娠早期流产发生率的关系

The Relationship Between Moon Phase and the Incidence of Miscarriage of Infertile Women in Early Pregnancy

目的探索末次月经和排卵时间所在月相与女性早期流产发生率的关系。方法采用双向性队列研究。选取上海中医药大学附属龙华医院门诊就诊并成功妊娠的不孕症患者。按妊娠患者末次月经所在的月相分为月经朔月组491例、月经上弦月组454例、月经望月组484例和月经下弦月组403例,按妊娠患者末次排卵时间所在的月相分为排卵朔月组478例、排卵上弦月组432例、排卵望月组489例和排卵下弦月组453例。患者自确认妊娠之日起采用中西医结合疗法保胎至12周或超过继往流产时间2周,比较不同分组方法各组患者妊娠分布情况及各组早期流产发生率。结果按末次月经时间和末次排卵时间分组,朔月组和望月组的妊娠人数均多于上弦月组和下弦月组。月经朔月组早期流产发生率为16.3%,月经上弦月组为17.6%,月经望月组为17.6%,月经下弦月组为20.1%;排卵朔月组早期流产发生率为15.1%,排卵上弦月组为17.1%,排卵望月组为19.2%,排卵下弦月组为19.4%。各组的早期流产率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不孕症女性早期流产发生率与末次月经及末次排卵时间所在的月相无关。

Objective To explore the correlation between the last menstruation,last ovulation phase of the moon and the incidence of early miscarriage.Methods A two-way cohort study was designed.Infertility patients who have successfully become pregnant at the outpatient clinic of Longhua Hospital were selected.According to the moon phase of the last menstrual,they were divided into a menstrual new moon group with 491 cases,a menstrual first quarter moon group with 454 cases,a menstrual full moon group with 484 cases and a menstrual last quarter moon group with 403 cases.According to the moon phase of the last ovulation time,they were divided into an ovulation new moon group with 478 cases,an ovulation first quarter moon group with 432 cases,an ovulation full moon group with 489 cases and an ovulation last quarter moon group with 453 cases.From the day when the pregnancy was confirmed,the patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to protect the fetus until 12 weeks or more than 2 weeks after the previous miscarriage.The pregnancy distribution of patients in different grouping methods and the incidence of early miscarriage were compared.Results Grouped according to the time of last menstruation and time of last ovulation,the number of pregnancies in the new moon group and the full moon group were more than those in the first quarter and last quarter moon group.The incidence of early miscarriage was 16.3%in the menstrual new moon group,17.6%in the first quarter moon group and the menstrual full moon group,and 20.1%in the menstrual last quarter moon group;the early abortion rate was 15.1%in the ovulation new moon group,17.1%in the ovulation group first quarter moon,19.2%in the ovulation full moon group,and 19.4%in the ovulation last quarter moon group.There was no significant difference in the early miscarriage rate among the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of early miscarriage in infertile women had no correlation with the moon phase of the last menclature and the last ovulation.
