摘要
目的研究miR-29和mi R-375在妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者外周血中表达及早期诊断价值。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月在甘肃省平凉市人民医院接受治疗的40例GDM患者作为观察组,另选取同期糖耐量正常孕妇40例为对照组。检测两组孕妇血糖水平及外周血mi R-29和mi R-375基因表达量,分析mi R-29和mi R-375基因表达量与观察组血糖指标的相关性。结果①观察组FINS水平低于对照组,FPG、2 h PG及Hb Alc水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组外周血mi R-29表达量低于对照组,mi R-375表达量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③相关性分析显示,mi R-29表达与FINS呈正相关,与FPG、2 h PG及Hb Alc呈负相关;mi R-375表达与FINS呈负相关,与FPG、2 h PG及Hb Alc呈正相关。结论GDM患者外周血中mi R-29和mi R-375表达异常提示GDM易感性,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To explore the expression of miR-29 and miR-375 in peripheral blood of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and its early diagnostic value.Methods 40 pregnant women with GDM who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 40 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance in the same period were selected as the control group.Blood glucose level and miR-29 and miR-375 gene expressions of peripheral blood were measured in two groups,and the correlation between miR-29 and miR-375 gene expressions and blood glucose indexes was analyzed.Results①The levels of FINS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and FPG,2 h PG and HbAlc level were higher(P<0.05);②The expression of miR-29 in the peripheral blood of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the expression of miR-375 was higher(P<0.05);③The correlation analysis showed that the expression of miR-29 was positively correlated with FINS and negatively correlated with FPG,2 h PG and HbAlc.The expression of miR-375 was negatively correlated with FINS and positively correlated with FPG,2 h PG and HbAlc.Conclusion The abnormal expression of miR-29 and miR-375 in the peripheral blood indicates the susceptibility of GDM,which has certain clinical value.
