全氟己酮灭火剂热裂解产生氟化氢研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过管式裂解炉模拟全氟己酮灭火剂受高温裂解产生HF的行为,研究影响HF产生的条件,对比研究不同生产工艺的全氟己酮灭火剂以及其他氟代烃气体灭火剂热裂解产生HF的情况。随着温度升高、停留时间加大,全氟己酮产生HF的比重增大,不同生产工艺的全氟己酮裂解产生HF的水平相当。与其他氢氟烃灭火剂相比,全氟己酮灭火剂热裂解初始温度低(500℃),在中低温区(550~750℃)裂解产生HF比例高。 Pyrolysis behaviors of C6F-ketone were simulated using a tube cracking furnace and the factors influence HF generation were studied.HF generation by C6F-ketone extinguishing agents from different production processes were compared,then HF generation was compared with C6F-ketone and other HFCs.The share of HF generated from thermal decomposition increased with decomposition temperature and residence time.The HF generation of C6F-ketone from differnt production technology were mostly the same.Compared with other HFCs,initial cracking temperature of C6F-ketone was lower(500℃),more HF was generated at low and moderate temperatures(550~750℃).
