响应面法优化白屈菜红碱的提取工艺 被引量:4

摘要 以博落回果荚为试材,采用内部沸腾法提取博落回果荚中白屈菜红碱,通过单因素试验筛选出内部沸腾法提取白屈菜红碱的3个主要因素,解析乙醇浓度、提取温度和硫酸浓度,在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面分析方法对内部沸腾法提取博落回果荚中白屈菜红碱的工艺进行优化,以期为开发博落回果荚中白屈菜红碱等成分提供试验基础。结果表明:白屈菜红碱最佳提取条件为解析乙醇浓度54%,提取温度85℃,硫酸浓度0.21 mol·L^-1。在该条件下,内部沸腾法所提取白屈菜红碱的提取率为4.63 mg·g^-1。 Using Macleaya cordata fruit pod as material,the internal boiling method was used to extract chelerythrine from Macleaya cordata fruit pod,and the three main factors of internal boiling method to extract chelerythrine,desorption of ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and sulfuric acid concentration,were extracted by single factor experiment.Then,using the response surface analysis method,the extraction process of internal boiling method to extract chelerythrine in Macleaya cordata pods was optimized in order to provide the experimental basis for the development of chelerythrine and other ingredients in the pods.The results showed that the best extraction conditions of chelerythrine were desorption ethanol concentration of 54%,extraction temperature 85℃,and sulfuric acid concentration of 0.21 mol·L^-1.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of chelerythrine by internal boiling method was 4.63 mg·g^-1.
