摘要
颈动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂导致脑血管堵塞是引起脑卒中的原因之一,超声技术的飞速发展及其无创、实时、动态、价廉等优点成为现阶段临床评估动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的常用方法。本研究分别从斑块的外形特征、硬度、内部新生血管的分布及三维立体结构等评估超声的各项新技术对颈动脉斑块的稳定性。
The main cause of cerebral apoplexy is the rupture of carotid atherosclerotic plaques leading to cerebral vascular blockage.The rapid development of ultrasonic technology and its non-invasive,real-time,dynamic and economic advantages have made it the present standard clinical method for evaluating the stability of atherosclerotic plaques.Ultrasound in all aspects of the new technology,respectively from the shape of patch characteristics,stiffness,internal distribution and three-dimensional structure of new blood vessels has been used to evaluate carotid plaque vulnerability.
