摘要
以丙烯酸为原料,季戊四醇三烯丙基醚为交联剂,水为溶剂,在引发剂作用下采用乳液聚合法得到聚丙烯酸增稠剂。研究了温度、交联剂用量、引发剂用量等对聚丙烯酸增稠剂性能的影响,通过正交试验找出最佳实验方案,并对聚丙烯酸增稠剂进行傅里叶变换红外光谱以及热重分析表征。结果表明,制备的聚丙烯酸增稠剂在日化应用中具有优异增稠性能以及良好的分子链热稳定性。
Using the acrylic acid as raw material,pentaerythritol triallyl ether as crosslinking agent,the water as solvent,the polyacrylic acid thickener was prepared by using the emulsion polymerization method in the presence of the initiator.The influence of the temperature,crosslinking agent amount,initiator amount,etc.on the performance of polyacrylic acid thickener was investigated.The optimal experimental scheme was found out through the orthogonal experiment,and the polyacrylic acid thickener was characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that the prepared polyacrylic acid thickener has excellent thickening performance and good thermal stability of molecular chain in the daily chemical industry application.
