摘要 简单介绍了甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)的组成、工作原理和发展历程,重点讨论两种阳极催化Pt基催化剂和Ni基催化剂,并对近些年制备Ni基催化剂的工作进行分析总结。由于常见的商业Pt基催化剂制备成本较高且催化过程易中毒,增加了DMFC的使用成本,提出用非贵金属Ni基催化剂取代Pt基催化剂,为进一步研究直接甲醇燃料电池的阳极催化剂奠定了基础,也为直接甲醇燃料电池商业化普及提供新思路。 The research progress of direct methanol fuel cell(DMFC)is summarized.The composition,working principle and development of DMFC are briefly introduced.Two kinds of anode catalysis:Pt based catalysts and Ni based catalysts are mainly discussed.The preparation of Ni based catalysts in recent years is analyzed and summarized.Due to the high cost of preparation and poisoning of common commercial Pt based catalysts,the use cost of DMFC is increased.It is proposed to replace Pt based catalyst with non-noble metal Ni based catalyst,which lays a foundation for further research on anode catalyst of direct methanol fuel cell and provides a new idea for commercialization of direct methanol fuel cell.
