摘要 煤基合成气法制乙二醇工艺反应过程中,生成多种副产物,其中的不饱和物质对乙二醇产品紫外透光率造成很大的影响。通过技术改造增设液相加氢装置,对脱重塔顶及产品精馏塔顶采出的乙二醇进行加氢处理。根据实际运行数据,液相加氢前后乙二醇220 nm紫外透光率平均提升了1.77倍,275 nm紫外透光率平均提升了2.47倍,液相加氢装置运行效果明显。介绍了煤制乙二醇液相加氢技术改造工艺流程,对液相加氢催化剂装填、装置开、停车进行了阐述,介绍了工厂运行经验及各种注意事项,可为国内乙二醇生产厂家产品提质增效提供一些参考和借鉴。 During the reaction process of ethylene glycol produced by coal-based synthesis gas,various by-products are generated,and the unsaturated substances in it have a great influence on the ultraviolet transmittance of ethylene glycol products.The liquid phase hydrogenation device was added through technological transformation to hydrotreating the unsaturated substances contained in the ethylene glycol produced at the top of the de-weighting tower and the top of the product rectification tower.Through the summary of the actual operation data in the past three years,the ultraviolet transmittance of ethylene glycol at 220 nm and 275 nm increased by 2.77 times and 3.48 times respectively before and after liquid phase hydrogenation.The operation effect of the liquid phase hydrogenation unit was obvious.The technological process of liquid phase hydrogenation of coal to ethylene glycol was introduced.The loading of liquid phase hydrogenation catalyst and the start-up and shutdown of the unit were described.The plant operation experience and various precautions were provided.It is hoped that this paper can provide some references for domestic ethylene glycol manufacturers in improving product quality and efficiency.
