摘要 介绍了中国石油玉门油田公司炼油化工总厂80 kt/a异构化装置采用固体超强酸异构化技术的改造过程,并对改造后装置运行情况进行了分析。通过采取更换催化剂、增加原料及循环氢干燥系统等措施,该装置由原来的分子筛型异构化(RISO)工艺改造为固体超强酸C 5/C 6烷烃异构化工艺。结果表明:新增加的原料及循环氢干燥系统可将原料和循环氢中水质量分数降至5μg/g以下,满足装置进料的要求。当装置以重整拔头油为原料时,在反应压力为2.0 MPa不变的情况下,反应温度由原来的300℃降至160℃,反应条件更加温和。产品异构化油的研究法辛烷值可以达到85,该油可作为优质汽油调合组分。 It introduces the revamping process of solid super acid isomerization technology used in 80 kt/a isomerization unit of Petrochemical Complex of PetroChina Yumen Oilfield Company,and analyzes the operation of the unit.By replacing catalysts,adding raw materials and circulating hydrogen drying system,the unit was transformed from the original RISO(molecular sieve isomerization)process to solid super acid C 5/C 6 alkane isomerization process.The results show that the newly added raw material and circulating hydrogen drying system can reduce the water mass content in the raw material and circulating hydrogen to less than 5μg/g,which meets the requirements of the unit feed.When the unit used reformed topping oil as the raw material,the reaction temperature drops from 300℃to 160℃under the condition that the reaction pressure remains at 2.0 MPa,and the reaction conditions are mild.The RON of the isomerized oil can reach 85,which could be used as a high-quality gasoline blending component.
