激光联合雷珠单抗在甲亢合并糖尿病患者视网膜病变中的应用 被引量:1

Value of laser combined with ranibizumab in the treatment of retinopathy in patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes

摘要 目的本文旨在研究激光联合雷珠单抗在甲亢合并糖尿病患者视网膜病变中的治疗效果情况。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月间于我院住院治疗的甲亢合并糖尿病视网膜病变患者共32人,将其以数字随机表法的分组形式平均分为观察组及对照组,每组各16人。给予对照组患者全视网膜激光治疗,观察组应用雷珠单抗联合全视网膜激光治疗,对比观察两组患者不同方法治疗前及治疗后1个月的视网膜厚度及治疗总有效率,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组治疗后视网膜厚度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率93.75%(15/16)明显高于对照组43.75%(7/16),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光联合雷珠单抗在甲亢合并糖尿病患者视网膜病变中的治疗效果好,值得推广。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of laser combined with ranibizumab in patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetic retinopathy.Methods Selected 32 patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetic retinopathy from January 2017 to December 2018,divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were given panretinal laser treatment,and the observation group was treated with ranibizumab combined with panretinal laser therapy.Results The retinal thickness of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%(15/16)significantly higher than that of the control group 43.75%(7/16),The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser combined with ranibizumab is effective in treating hyperthyroidism with diabetic retinopathy and is worthy of promotion.
