采用前列地尔治疗突发神经性耳聋的临床疗效

Application of Danshenchuan Qiongzine Injection in Vertigo Syndrome

目的对突发神经性耳聋患者采取前列地尔治疗,并分析其应用价值。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月在上级体系医院治疗的62例突发神经性耳聋患者,分为两组。所有患者均接受高压氧等治疗,对照组31例使用地塞米松治疗;观察组31例使用前列地尔治疗。结果观察组、对照组患者的总有效率分别为93.55%、74.19%,差异明显(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对突发神经性耳聋患者采取前列地尔治疗可取得更加显著的治疗效果,改善血液流变学指标,值得推广。

Objective Take alprostadil treatment for patients with sudden neurological deafness,and analyze its application value.Methods Sixty-two patients with sudden neurological deafness who were treated in the superior hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.All patients received hyperbaric oxygen therapy,31 patients in the control group were treated with dexamethasone;31 patients in the observation group were treated with alprostadil.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.55%and 74.19%,respectively,the difference was significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of alprostadil for patients with sudden neurological deafness can achieve more significant therapeutic effects and improve hemorheological indicators,which is worthy of promotion.
