探讨声带息肉患者治疗中支撑喉镜与电子喉镜的临床价值

To explore the clinical value of supporting laryngoscope and electronic laryngoscope in the treatment of patients with vocal cord polyps

目的探析声带息肉采取支撑喉镜及电子喉镜治疗的临床价值。方法选取2018年4月~2019年12月间本院接收的79例伴声带息肉患者实施研究,以随机数字法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=40),对照组基于电子喉镜下实施手术,观察组基于支撑喉镜下实施手术,比对两组治疗有效率、并发症等。结果观察组有效率相较于对照组具明显提升优势(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组并发症,如鼻腔出血、喉痉挛等发生几率显著下降(P<0.05)。结论声带息肉采取支撑喉镜治疗效果令人满意,具临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of supporting laryngoscope and electronic laryngoscope for the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods The 79 patients with vocal cord polyps received from our hospital between 2018.04 and 2019.12 were selected for the study,and the groups were distinguished by random number method,namely control group(n=39)and observation group(n=40),control group Based on the operation under the electronic laryngoscope,the observation group performed the operation under the supporting laryngoscope,and compared the effects of the two groups,such as treatment efficiency and complications.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly improved P<0.05;compared with the control group,the incidence of complications such as nasal bleeding and laryngospasm decreased significantly in the observation group P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of supporting laryngoscopy on vocal cord polyps is satisfactory and has clinical promotion value.
