全程护理及人文关怀理念在睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者多导睡眠监测中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of the concept of full-course nursing and humanistic care in polysomnography in patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的分析在睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者多导睡眠监测中应用全程护理及人文关怀理念的价值。方法遵从模式差异分组,择我院2018.5-2020.5接受多导睡眠监测的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者45例分为对照组(22例,常规护理)和观察组(23例,全程护理及人文关怀理念);观察护理前后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪改善情况。结果经护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组低,P<0.05。结论对接受多导睡眠监测的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者开展护理,建议采纳全程护理及人文关怀理念模式,可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪并提高多导睡眠检测的准确性。

Objective To analyze the value of applying full-course nursing and humanistic care concepts in polysomnography in patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods According to the pattern difference grouping,45 patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome who underwent polysomnography in our hospital from May 2018 to May 20,2018 were divided into a control group(22 cases,routine care)and an observation group(23 cases,full-time care and Humanistic care concept);observe the improvement of patients’anxiety and depression before and after nursing.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Caring for patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome receiving polysomnography,it is recommended to adopt the whole-course nursing and humanistic care concept model,which can effectively improve patients’anxiety,depression and improve the accuracy of polysomnography detection.
