摄食细节护理结合积极心理干预对口腔癌术后患者营养状态及心理弹性水平的影响

Effects of feeding detail nursing combined with positive psychological intervention on nutritional status and psychological resilience of patients after oral cancer surgery

目的探讨摄食细节护理结合积极心理干预对口腔癌术后患者营养状态及心理弹性水平的影响。方法抽取2016年1月~2019年2月收治的80例口腔癌术后患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各组40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组以此为基础行摄食细节护理结合积极心理干预,对两组干预效果进行比较。结果干预前,两组TP、Alb水平差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,观察组上述水平明显较对照组高(P<0.05);干预前,两组心理弹性评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,观察组心理弹性评分明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论摄食细节护理结合积极心理干预可改善患者营养状态,还可提高心理弹性水平,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of feeding detail nursing combined with positive psychological intervention on nutritional status and psychological resilience of patients after oral cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with oral cancer after surgery from January 2016 to February 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group used this as a basis for feeding detail nursing combined with positive psychological intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in TP and Alb levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the above levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the mental elasticity score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the mental elasticity score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feeding detail nursing combined with positive psychological intervention can improve the nutritional status of patients,and also increase the level of psychological flexibility,which is worthy of application.
