整合医学为盆底诊治中心的发展引入了一套理论体系,带来了方法学,是未来医学发展的必然方向和必由之路。此文主要分享的是如何应用整合医学构建盆底诊治中心的可持续发展之路:从盆底诊治中心成立的背景、发展建设方面分别进行阐述,提出了团队建设模式、建立基于整体理论的综合盆底诊治体系(康复—手术—再康复的治疗体系),建立盆底功能障碍性疾病的三级防治体系,重视科普工作,提倡人文关怀,为未来盆底诊治的发展建设提供了新型模式。

Integrated medicine theory introduces a body of theory for development of Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Pelvic Floor Diseases,brings methodology,which is the inevitable direction and the only way of future development of medicine.This study mainly shares the ways to construct sustainable development of Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Pelvic Floor Diseases based on integrated medicine theory,the article expounds from the aspects of the background of establishment,development,and construction of Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Pelvic Floor Diseases,team construction mode is propounded,comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system of pelvic floor diseases based on integrated medicine theory(rehabilitation-surgery-re-rehabilitation treatment system)and three-level prevention and treatment system of pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases are established,more attention should be paid to popularization of science,humanistic care is advocated to provide new mode of development and construction of diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor diseases in future.
