上海市浦东地区孕妇学校服务模式研究及对策建议

Study on service model of pregnant women’s schools in Pudong New Area of Shanghai and suggestions

目的通过了解浦东新区各助产医疗机构和社区卫生服务中心提供孕妇学校服务的现状,为进一步完善孕妇学校服务提出政策建议。方法采用定性研究和定量研究相结合的方法,对浦东新区所有孕妇学校进行机构现况调查和人员访谈。结果 64家机构中,有95.3%的机构有固定场所,且整体环境均较适宜孕妇上课,但45.3%的孕妇学校不在产科区域内,37.5%的孕妇学校未配备相关教学模型。全区共有孕妇学校师资218人,以妇产科医生(57.3%)、护理(31.65%)为主,中级职称(62.8%)、大学本科(72.4%)为主,其中获得孕妇学校健康教育(师资)上岗培训率仅32.6%。结论提高孕妇学校服务需进一步加强在岗人员培训,完善软硬件建设,统一考核标准,为孕妇提供高水平优质服务。

Objective To understand the current situation of services for pregnant women’s schools provided in Pudong New Area,and to put forward policy recommendations for further improving services for pregnant women’s schools.Methods Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to investigate the current situation of all pregnant women’s schools in Pudong New Area.Results Among 64 institutions,95.3%had fixed places and the overall environment was suitable for pregnant women to attend classes,but 45.3%of pregnant women’s schools were not in the obstetric area,and 37.5%of pregnant women’s schools were not equipped with relevant teaching models.There are218 teachers in pregnant women’s schools,mainly gynecologists and obstetricians(57.3%)and nurses(31.65%)with intermediate titles(62.8%)and undergraduates(72.4%).Only 32.6%of them have received on-the-job training of school health education(teachers)for pregnant women.Conclusion To improve school services for pregnant women,it is necessary to further strengthen the training of on-the-job personnel,improve the construction of software and hardware,unify the assessment standards,and provide high-level and high-quality services for pregnant women.
