公德行为正当性不足是困扰公德秩序的难题,这一点恰恰被各种表象所遮蔽。这种不足,在当前的公德思想研究中表现为无法提供一种被社会普遍认同的、人人需遵守的公德秩序论证。"纯粹关系"公德思想是试图克服这种不足,对公德行为正当性论证的重要理论尝试。根据该思想,公德行为之正当性通过以下方面建立起来:一是公德行为之正当性来自纯粹关系状态下"人—人"关系处理的基本规律;二是公德行为以相互间的权利义务关系建立起彼此相互约束的关系,只有我为人人,人人才能为我。

The lack of legitimacy of public morality behaviors is a difficult problem that troubles public morality order which is precisely covered by various appearances.The deficiency is that the current discussion of public morality cannot provide legitimacy of public morality order that is generally recognized by people need to abide by.The thought of"pure relationships"public morality is an important theoretical attempt to legitimate the public morality.According to this idea,the legitimacy of the public morality behaviors is established through the following aspects:Firstly,the legitimacy of public morality behaviors comes from the basic laws governing the"person-person"relationship under the pure relationship state.Secondly,principles of public morality establish mutual binding relations with each other by mutual rights and obligations.Only if I am everyone can everyone be me.
