摘要
在蒸汽冷却器运行时,经常出现蒸汽出口超温、给水温升不达标。针对这个问题,开发了一种纯逆流全流量蒸汽冷却器。对纯逆流全流量蒸汽冷却器的技术特点进行了介绍,对设计过程中的结构设计、流场计算和制造等方面的问题进行了探讨。
When the steam cooler is running,the steam outlet overheating often occurs and the feed water temperature rise is not up to the standard.To solve this problem,a pure counter current full flow steam cooler is developed.The technical characteristics of the pure counter current full flow steam cooler is introduced,and the problems in the design process,such as structural design,flow field calculation and manufacturing are discusses.
