摘要
采用修正的Langelier饱和指数法和Ryznar稳定指数法来对不同浓缩倍数下的溶液的结垢倾向进行预测发现:在高温高浓缩倍率下,溶液的结垢趋势远大于低温低浓度的溶液。提出了优化预处理工艺、药剂投加及维护清洗方案等防垢措施,并针对三倍浓缩倍率、3.5万t/d低温多效蒸馏海水淡化方案给出了具体的药剂投加方案。
The modified Langelier saturation index method and Ryznar stability index method are used to predict the scaling tendency of solutions at different concentration ratios.It is found that the scaling tendency of solutions at high temperature and high concentration ratio is much greater than that of solutions at low temperature and low concentration.This paper puts forward some anti-scale measures,such as optimized pretreatment process,chemical dosing and maintenance cleaning scheme,and puts forward specific chemical dosing scheme aiming at three times concentration ratio and 35 thousand t/d low temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination scheme.
