基于真实应力-应变曲线对某高压加热器水室进行了弹塑性分析,并依据ASMEⅧ-2第五分篇中控制局部应变的方法对其进行了局部失效评定。为类似设备的强度设计提供一定参照。

The elastic-plastic stress analysis of the header of a HP heater is carried out based on realistic material stress-strain curve,local failure assessment is performed according to the method in ASMEⅧ-2 part5.This paper may provide a reference to the safety assessment of similar vessels.
