摘要
一次典型的由于混煤掺烧引发高温腐蚀失效案例,通过煤质变化情况与理化分析进行对比,高温下的高硫份和碱金属可加速水冷壁的腐蚀速度。电镜、金相分析等试验为更好地进行煤种掺配提供理论支持。
A typical case of high temperature corrosion failure caused by mixed coal blending.Through comparison of coal quality changes and physical and chemical analysis,high sulfur and alkali metals at high temperatures can accelerate the corrosion rate of water walls.Experiments such as electron microscopy and metallographic analysis provide theoretical support for better coal blending.
