摘要
管壳式换热器设备,当管板与管箱及壳侧圆筒采用焊接一体结构时,当管壳程操作温差大到一定程度时,低温侧的壳体会发生塑性变形,本案依据理论给出限制温差值以及处理建议。
For shell and tube heat exchanger equipment,when the tubesheet,tube box and shell side cylinder adopt welding integrated structure,when the temperature difference between tube and shell side is large to a certain extent,the shell at the low temperature side will experience plastic deformation.Based on the theory,this paper gives the limiting temperature difference value and treatment suggestions.
