基于服务设计思维的高校校园服务环境建设研究

校园服务环境是高校整体服务中的关键组成部分,将服务设计介入校园服务环境建设研究领域,展开对高校校园服务环境建设的探讨。通过对高校及其服务环境本质意义的洞察解析,运用服务设计思维及其特征性研究方法,对构建校园服务环境的"人、物、过程和环境"四个服务系统要素进行分析研究。最终从组织及个体层面切入并总结高校校园服务环境的构建策略,以期为将来实施高校校园服务环境建设提供一定参考与借鉴价值。
