摘要
为了提高混凝土抗氯盐侵蚀耐久性能,研究矿渣混凝土氯离子扩散系数与微观孔结构参数之间的关系。基于灰色系统理论,分析了孔结构分布、总孔隙率、平均孔径、最可几孔径对矿渣混凝土氯离子扩散系数的影响程度,有效区分多种因素的主次关系。研究结果表明:平均孔径氯离子扩散系数的影响程度最大,其次为最可几孔径,<20 nm的无害孔和20~50nm的少害孔对氯离子扩散性能的影响不大。
In order to improve the durability of concrete against chloride corrosion,the relationship between chloride diffusion coefficient of slag concrete and micro pore structure parameters was studied.Based on the Grey system theory,the influence degree of pore structure distribution,total porosity,average pore diameter and the most probable pore diameter on chloride diffusion coefficient of slag concrete is analyzed,and the primary and secondary relations of various factors are effectively distinguished.The results show that the average pore size has the greatest influence on the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion,followed by the most probable pore size,and has little influence on the diffusion performance of chloride ion for the harmless pore size<20 nm and the less harmful pore size from 20 nm to 50 nm.
