摘要
HTHP试验回路是CARR应用平台的一项极其重要的研究内容,主回路系统是其中一个非常重要的系统,本论文介绍了主回路系统中主回路热交换器的类型和用途。通过热工计算和方案比较确定了最佳设计方案:主回路冷却水出口温度T2=311.62℃,二回路冷却水出口温度t2=113.38℃,平均温度△t m=209.11℃,U型换热管φ27×3mm,外套管φ38×3mm,换热腔组件数n=6,总传热面积S=1.53m2,换热段长度L=2×1.51m。设计的套管式换热器满足换热和相关设计标准的要求。
The HTHP test loop is an extremely important research content of the CARR application platform.The main loop system is one of the very important systems.This paper introduces the types and uses of the main loop heat exchanger in the main loop system.The best design plan was determined through thermal calculation and program comparison:the cooling water outlet temperature of the main circuit T2=311.62℃,the cooling water outlet temperature of the second circuit t2=113.38℃,the average temperature△tm=209.11℃,U-shaped heat exchange tubeφ27×3mm,outer tubeφ38×3mm,number of heat exchange chamber components n=6,total heat transfer area S=1.53m2,length of heat exchange section L=2×1.51m.The designed tube heat exchanger meets the requirements of heat exchange and related design standards.
