近些年来,我国铁路行业获得迅猛的发展,为人们的出行和国民经济的增长都发挥了极大的促进作用。然而,因为我国的地势复杂,土地面积广阔,不同的地区也会具有不同的特点,部分地区会频繁发生水灾,对铁路运行造成不利影响。因此,有关部门与人员必须要充分重视铁路防洪工作,加强对其严格管理与控制。要采取一系列行之有效的防洪措施,全面地提高铁路的防洪管理工作水平,在此基础上更好地减少水灾对铁路造成的危害,保护人们的生命财产安全,确保铁路系统的正常、稳定运行。本文首先分析了铁路防洪的重要性与其中存在的问题,然后提出针对性的管理措施,仅供参考。

In recent years,the rapid development of my country’s railway industry has played a great role in promoting people’s travel and the growth of the national economy.However,because of the complex terrain of our country and the vast land area,different regions will also have different characteristics,and some regions will frequently have floods,which will adversely affect the operation of the railway.Therefore,relevant departments and personnel must pay full attention to the railway flood control work and strengthen their strict management and control.It is necessary to adopt a series of effective flood prevention measures to comprehensively improve the level of railway flood control management,on this basis to better reduce the damage caused by floods to the railway,protect people’s lives and property safety,and ensure the normal and stable railway system run.This article first analyzes the importance and problems of railway flood control,and then proposes targeted management measures for reference only.
