The Difficulty and Method of Supplier Classification Management in Rail Transportation Industry

本文在总结现有的四种具有代表性的关于供应商分类相关研究成果基础上,结合轨道交通装备制造行业供应商管理现状与ISO/TS22163:2017质量管理体系要求,从供方能力差异大、物料独家供应、供应商信息不健全三个维度分析当前轨道交通行业供应商分类管理实施的困难,并根据分析出的困难提出一种基于“供应商绩效提升研究”思想的供应商分类管理新路径。

Based on summarizing the exidting four representative of supplier classification research results,combined with the rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry supplier management present situation and the requirement of ISO/TS22163:2017 quality management system,analysis the supplier classification management difficulties from difference of supplier ability,exclusive supplier and supplier incomplete information,according to the analysis of the difficulties put forward a kind of new path of supplier classification management which based on the idea of"supplier performance improvement research".
