基于“新工科”视角下“卓越计划”毕业生群体特征研究

Research on the Group Characteristics of Graduates of"Excellent Program"from the Perspective of"New Engineering"

以中国冶金卓越工程师培养联盟高校成员单位按照“卓越计划”培养的本科毕业一年以上学生为研究对象,通过学生视角、研究生导师视角、用人单位视角围绕其能力、素质、经历等进行规律性探索,研究“卓越计划”学生群体特征及其成因和影响因素,探索该群体成长发展规律。从后置角度审视按照“卓越计划”要求培养出来的毕业生群体,有利于从培养体系以外的视角来分析工程型人才改革项目,也为新工科的发展建设奠定基础,也为国家进一步完善拔尖创新型人才的招生、选拔、培养和评价、职业规划提供一些依据。

Taking the undergraduates who graduated from the colleges and universities of China Metallurgical Engineers Training Union in accordance with the"Excellence Program"as a research object,through student’s perspective,postgraduate instructor’s perspective,and employer’s perspective,conduct regular exploration around their abilities,qualities,experiences,etc.Study the characteristics of the"Excellence Program"student group,its causes and influencing factors,and explore the growth and development of the group.To examine the graduate group cultivated in accordance with the requirements of the"Excellence Plan"from a rear perspective,it is helpful to analyze engineering talent reform projects from a perspective other than the training system,and it also lays the foundation for the development and construction of new engineering disciplines.It also provides some basis for the country to further improve the recruitment,selection,training and evaluation of top-notch innovative talents and career planning.
