白术黄芪汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗慢性直肠炎临床效果及对炎性因子、复发的影响

Effects of Baishu Huangqi Decoction Combined with Mesalazine on Clinical Efficacy,Inflammatory Factors and Recurrence in Patients with Chronic Proctitis

目的分析白术黄芪汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗慢性直肠炎临床效果及对炎性因子、复发的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年5月收治的慢性直肠炎82例,根据治疗方案分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予白术黄芪汤治疗。比较2组临床效果、黏膜病变改善程度、治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,记录治疗后复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组TNF-α、IL-8、CRP水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率及复发率比较差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白术黄芪汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗慢性直肠炎可提高临床疗效,减轻炎症反应,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To analyze the effects of Baishu Huangqi Decoction combined with Mesalazine on clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and recurrence in patients with chronic proctitis.Methods Eighty-two patients with chronic proctitis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with Mesalazine,and the observation group was supplemented with Baishu Huangqi Decoction.The clinical efficacy,mucosal improvement,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8),and C-reactive protein(CRP)level before and after treatment were compared,and incidence of recurrence and adverse reactions after treatment were recorded between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and CRP in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the levels were lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence and recurrence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Baishu Huangqi Decoction combined with Mesalazine in the treatment of chronic proctitis can improve the clinical efficacy,and reduce inflammation and the recurrence rate of the disease.
