红景天联合氨茶碱和地塞米松预防官兵急进高原后急性高原反应的研究 被引量:5

A Study on Effect of Rhodiola Rosea Combined with Aminophylline and Dexamethasone on Preventing Acute Mountain Sickness among Soldiers Who Rushed into Plateau

摘要 目的分析服用不同药物后空运急进高原官兵的急性高原反应(AMS)发生情况,从中优化用药方案。方法以空运急进高原作训的某部官兵188名作为研究对象,按治疗方案分为A、B、C、D组,每组47例。A组仅服用红景天,B组给予红景天联合氨茶碱,C组给予红景天联合地塞米松,D组给予红景天联合氨茶碱和地塞米松。观察4组急进高原作训后第1、3、5、7天AMS症状和生理指标的变化情况。结果在进驻高原后第1、7天,D组AMS症状轻于其他3组(P<0.05);进驻高原后第1、5、7天D组血氧饱和度(SPO 2)高于其他3组,收缩压、舒张压低于其他3组(P<0.05);第1、3、7天D组心率低于其他3组(P<0.05)。结论红景天、氨茶碱、地塞米松联合用药安全可靠,对于空运急进高原官兵,能够起到减轻AMS和机体应激,提升部队作训能力的作用。 Objective To analyze the acute altitude sickness(AMS)of paratroop officers and soldiers who rushed to the plateau after taking different drugs,so as to optimize the medication plan.Methods A total of 188 paratroop soldiers who rushed into plateau were enrolled in this study and divided into 4 groups according to different treatment regimen,with 47 soldiers in each group.Groups A,B,C and D were given rhodiola rosea,rhodiola rosea combined with aminophylline,rhodiola rosea combined with Dexamethasone,and rhodiola rosea combined with aminophylline and Dexamethasone respectively.The different symptoms of AMS and physiological indicators at 1,3,5 and 7 d after they rushed into plateau.Results At 1 and 7 d after paratroop soldiers'rushing into plateau,the symptoms of AMS in group D were significantly milder than the other three groups(P<0.05).At 1,5,and 7 d after their rushing into plateau,the arterial oxygen saturation(SpO 2)of group D was significantly higher than that in other three groups,whereas the systolic and diastolic pressure of group D were significantly lower than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).At 1,3,and 7 d after their rushing into plateau,the heart rate of group D were significantly lower than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of rhodiola rosea,aminophylline and Dexamethasone is safe and reliable,which can help paratroop soldiers who rushed into plateau reduce AMS and the stress responses,and promote their training abilities.
