短链脂肪酸与心血管疾病关系研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济的发展及生活水平的提高,心血管疾病已成为世界范围内导致人类死亡的首要危险因素。遗传因素、环境因素及其共同作用是心血管疾病的发病基础,但是研究表明遗传变异占心血管疾病危险因素的一小部分(<20%),可见环境因素在心血管疾病的发生发展中起主导作用[1]。饮食摄入是人类最大的环境暴露,食物影响肠道微生物的结构及代谢,肠道微生物产生氧化三甲胺、短链脂肪酸(short chain fatty acids,SCFAs)等代谢产物,在胃肠道疾病、癌症和心血管疾病中扮演重要角色[1-3]。本文就SCFA与心血管疾病的研究进展进行概述。
