摘要
关节炎是一类由多种病因引起的关节软骨退化和结缔组织慢性炎性病变,以发病率和致残率高、病因未明为特点,探索其发生、疾病进展机制是广大骨科和风湿免疫科医师面临的重大挑战。趋化素样因子(chemokine like factor,CKLF)1是新近克隆的趋化因子超家族成员,通过与其受体趋化因子C-C域4(C-C motif chemokine receptor 4,CCR4)结合后激活一系列细胞核内转录因子,越来越多研究证实其信号通路在关节炎发生、进展中发挥重要作用。此外,CKLF1在其他自身免疫相关疾病中也发挥一定作用。
Arthritis,characterized by high incidence and disability with undefined etiology,is a kind of chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease with lesions of articular cartilage and connective tissue caused by various etiologies.The mechanism of arthritis progression is a great challenge for orthopaedic surgeons and rheumatologists.chemokine like factor 1(CKLF1)is one of the newly cloned chemokine superfamily members that activates a series of nuclear transcription factors by binding to its receptor C-C motif Chemokine Receptor 4(CCR4).Increasing studies have confirmed that CKLF1 signaling pathway plays an important role in the development of arthritis and also has a strong relationship with other autoimmune response-related diseases.
