摘要
结核病是目前全球严重危害人民健康的传染性疾病之一。外泌体是多种细胞分泌的细胞外囊泡,拥有双层脂质结构,在细胞间信息传递、机体免疫等生理过程发挥着重要作用。外泌体能呈递表面抗原,激活多种细胞免疫因子,介导巨噬细胞杀伤结核分枝杆菌的细胞免疫反应。本综述旨在总结近几年结核病中的外泌体研究进展,为结核病的发病机制的揭示及新型疫苗的研制提供新思路。
Tuberculosis is a severe infectious disease and a public health burden at present.Exosomes are lipid bilayer extracellular vesicles that are released by cells,it plays an important role in intercellular communication and other physiological processes by shuttling various molecules from donor to recipient cell.Exosomes can present surface antigen and activate a variety of cellualr immume factors for improving macrophage’s capacity of killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis.This review summarizes recent advances in this area to provide new ideas for the investigation and elucidation of the pathogenesis of tuberculosis and development of tuberculosis vaccines.
