航空发动机高压轴止推轴承载荷分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对航空发动机高压轴止推轴承载荷分析不准确的问题,提出1种综合考虑发动机转子质量、高压转子气动轴向力、机动过载以及中央锥齿轮附加载荷的载荷计算方法。以某发动机高压轴止推轴承为研究对象,采用新计算方法完成了载荷分析,并与常规计算方法得到的结果进行对比。结果表明:新计算方法可以得到更全面的载荷谱组合状态,计算结果也更加精确;计算结果表明轴承轴向载荷在慢车工况下较轻,与轴向力测量结果更加接近,且在该工况下容易引起轴承打滑,这与该轴承的实际使用情况相符,验证了新计算方法的有效性。 In view of the inaccuracy of load analysis of thrust bearing of aeroengine high-pressure shaft,a load calculation method was proposed considering the mass of engine rotor,aerodynamic axial force of high-pressure rotor,maneuver overload and additional load of central bevel gear.Taking the thrust bearing of an engine high-pressure shaft as the research object,the load analysis was completed using the new calculation method,and the results obtained by the conventional calculation method were compared.The results show that the new calculation method can obtain more comprehensive combination state of load spectrum,and the calculation results are more accurate.The new calculation results show that the axial load of bearing is lighter under the idle condition,which is closer to the result of axial force measurement.It is easy to cause bearing slip under this condition,which is consistent with the actual operation of the bearing,and the validity of the new calculation method is verified.
