摘要
CCD-Ⅰ型平面光栅电弧直读发射光谱仪在现代化岩矿测试中应用较为广泛,尤其是在土壤样品中Ag、Sn、B等元素的测试工作中更为广泛,为金属矿床深部找矿奠定了基础。本文以不同矿区的4件土壤样品为例,通过12次平行实验,取得了精密度和准确度可靠的测试结果,说明CCD-Ⅰ型平面光栅电弧直读发射光谱仪在土壤样品Ag、Sn元素测定工作中具有良好的应用效果;该方法能够同时测定多种元素,提高了测试效率。
CCD-Ⅰ plane grating arc direct reading emission spectrometer is widely used in modern rock ore testing,especially in soil sample Ag,Sn,B and other elements of the testing work more extensive,for the metal deposit deep prospecting laid a foundation. Taking 4 soil samples from different mining areas as an example,the results of precision and reliability were obtained through 12 parallel tests,which showed that the CCD-Ⅰ plane grating arc direct reading transmit spectrometer had good application effect in soil sample Ag and Sn element determination work.
