某工业园区污水厂提标改造工程设计实例

An example of engineering design for upgrading of wastewater treatment plant in an industrial zone

本文对江苏省某工业园区污水处理厂进行提标改造设计,采用“进水池(利旧)+调节池(利旧)+斜板沉淀池(利旧)+中间水池(利旧)+芬顿氧化车间(利旧)+水解酸化池(利旧)+两级A/O生化池(改造)+二沉池(改造)+三沉池(利旧)+滤布滤池(新建)+活性炭吸附及再生系统(新建)+消毒池(新增)+外排及回用泵房(改造)”处理工艺,将出水由《化学工业主要污染物排放标准》(DB32/939-2006)的一级标准提升至《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。

The wastewater treatment plant of an industrial zone in Jiangsu Province was designed for upgrading the standard by adopting the treatment technology of“inlet tank(old)+regulating tank(old)+inclined plate settling tank(old)+intermediate tank(old)+Fenton oxidation workshop(old)+hydrolytic acidification tank(old)+secondary A/O biochemical tank(modified)+secondary settling tank(modified)+third settling tank(modified)+cloth filter(new)+activated carbon adsorption and regeneration system(new)+and regeneration system(new)+disinfection tank(new)+efflux and reuse pump room(modified)”.To upgrade effluent from the first class standard of the Chemical Industry Major Pollutant Discharge Standard(DB32/939-2006)to the first class A standard of the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB18918-2002).
