摘要
建立了一种阴极铜中9种杂质元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定方法,通过加入内标元素Sc,Ge,Rh,In,有效地补偿了测定中的基体效应。通过加标回收实验和精密度实验验证,该方法用于阴极铜中9种杂质元素的测定,结果满意。适合测定As、Sb、Bi、Se、Te、Pb、Zn、Fe、Ni含量在0.00002%~0.0050%之间的高纯阴极铜。
a method for the determination of 9 impurity elements in cathode copper by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.The matrix effect was effectively compensated by adding internal standard elements Sc,Ge,Rh and In.The method has been applied to the determination of 9 impurity elements in cathode copper with satisfactory results.It is suitable for the determination of high purity cathode copper with as,Sb,Bi,Se,Te,Pb,Zn,Fe,Ni content ranging from 0.00002%to 0.0050%.
