摘要
针对某实例大型风电机组搭建动力学仿真模型,开展18种工况,104组仿真计算。并进行机组气动特性和动力学特性的敏感度分析,从载荷及运行状态变化趋势给出塔筒受载与机组气动特性、动力学特性的相关性。依据机组气动特性、动力学特性构建塔筒动态载荷识别模型,将构建好的模型嵌入试验风电机组,进行真机实验验证。研究表明,动态辨识载荷与仿真结果吻合度较高,其平均值的总体偏差约5%。同时,通过样机测试进行验证,测试结果表明动态识别载荷与实测结果平均值总体偏差应在10%以内,具有较高吻合度。构建的动载荷模型识别结果较为稳定,该方法能为风电机组塔筒的应用提供支撑,可为机组的安全监控提供便捷的方法。
A dynamic simulation model was built for a large wind turbine,and 104 sets of simulation calculations were carried out under 18 cases.The sensitivity analysis of the aerodynamic and dynamic characteristics of the wind turbine was carried out,and the correlation between the load and the aerodynamic and dynamic characteristics of the wind turbine was given from the variation trend of load and operating state.According to the aerodynamic and dynamic characteristics of the wind turbine,the tower dynamic load identification model was built,and the model was embedded into the test wind turbine for real test verification.The results show that the dynamic identification load is in good agreement with the simulation results,and its mean deviation is about 5%.At the same time,through the verification of the prototype test,the test results show that the dynamic identification load and the measured results mean deviation of about 10%,with a high degree of coincidence.The established dynamic load model identification results are relatively stable.This method can provide support for the application of wind turbine towers,and can provide a convenient method for the safety monitoring of wind turbines.
