The War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea is a glorious chapter of daring to struggle and being good at struggle in New China.Faced with the armed intervention of US in the war,the Central Committee of the CPC made active preparations for the military struggle with tough will to fight,accurately positioned the objectives of the struggle and resolutely made the wise decision to form the Chinese People's Volunteer Army to fight in the DPRK according to the development trend of the war.On the Korean battlefield,under the leadership and command of the Central Committee of the CPC and the Central Military Commission,the Chinese People's Volunteers won the initiative in the war by their superb fighting skills and fought military and political battles with the tenacious fighting spirit together with the people of the whole country and finally won a great victory in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea.
