健脾养心汤联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗轻中度心脾两虚型阿尔茨海默病临床研究

Clinical Study on Jianpi Yangxin Tang Combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets for Mild-to-Moderate Alzheimer Disease of Heart-Spleen Deficiency Type

目的:观察健脾养心汤联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗轻中度心脾两虚型阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效。方法:选取150例轻中度心脾两虚型AD患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。2组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组在此基础上口服盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合健脾养心汤治疗,2组均治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分及简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分的变化,记录2组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MMSE、ADL评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组MMSE、ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.33%,低于对照组的32.00%(P<0.05)。结论:健脾养心汤联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗轻中度心脾两虚型AD患者,对其临床症状、智力水平及日常生活活动能力的改善情况均优于单纯使用盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,且可降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yangxin tang combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets for mild-to-moderate alzheimer disease(AD) of the heart-spleen deficiency type. Methods: A total of 150 cases of AD patients of the heart-spleen deficiency type were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 75 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment;the control group was additionally given oral administration of donepezil hydrochloride tablets, and the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Yangxin tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. The changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores as well as the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) and Activity of Daily Living(ADL) before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. The incidences of adverse reactions were recorded in the two groups. Results:After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of MMES and ADL in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.33% in the observation group, lower than that of 32.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with that of simple donepezil hydrochloride tablets,the therapy of Jianpi Yangxin tang combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets in treating mild-tomoderate AD patients of the heart-spleen deficiency type has better improving effect on clinical symptoms,intelligence level and activity of daily living,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
