摘要
自从"十二五"规划开始,国家先后出台了多项鼓励扶持中医药发展的政策、纲领,中医药医疗机构迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。但是在如此优越的背景之下,某大型三甲综合性中医院的口腔科,出现较高的离职情况。通过对口腔科医生的高离职原因进行分析,提出相应管理措施,探寻中医医院口腔科的发展之路。
Since the beginning of the 12 thFive-Year Plan, China has issued a number of policies and programs to encourage and support the development of Chinese medicine,and the medical institutions have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. However,under such a favorable background,the stomatology department of a tertiary general hospital of Chinese medicine had a high dimission rate. Through the analysis of the reasons for the high dimission of the stomatology doctors,this paper puts forward the corresponding management measures and explores the development path of the stomatology department in Chinese medicine hospitals.
