摘要
本文报道1例临床药师参与新生儿脓毒症合并肺炎的抗感染药物治疗。临床药师对万古霉素的治疗药物监测结果进行解读,并及时调整了用药方案,使血药浓度结果达到治疗窗,确保药物使用的安全、有效。
A case of vancomycin treatment for neonatal sepsis concomitant with pneumonia was reported. Clinical pharmacists interpreted the serum concentration of vancomycin and adjusted its dosage regimen in time to make the drug concentration achieve therapeutic window, with the assistance of therapeutic drug monitoring, the efficacy and safety of vancomycin usage could be assured.
