To analyze the use of narcotic drugs and the first class psychotropic drugs in our outpatient department,in older to further improve the standardization and rationality of the use of these drugs in our hospital.the medication information of target drugs in our hospital from 2015 to 2019 were collected, the total sales amount, composition ratio, daily defined doses(DDDs),daily mean cost(DDC)and sequence of consumption sum/sequence of DDDs(B/A)of different drugs were calculated, and statistical analysis on the results was performed. In 2015-2019,cancer-related diagnosis prescriptions accounted for a large proportion of outpatient prescriptions. The total amount of drug sales has increased year by year since 2017,with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release preparation ranking first and DDDs ranking first all the year round.DDDs of fentanyl transdermal patch decreased year by year, and B/A was less than 1.The DDC of common morphine tablets was higher than that of sustained-release preparations, and B/A was less than 1 year round. The clinical use tendency of compound platycodon tablets and codeine began to increase. The use of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic drugs in outpatient department of our hospital is basically reasonable, but we still need to strictly manage them.
